Charged us over the scope of the work and didn’t even complete the task and left us with a program that’s not functional. They have poor communication and ghosted our attempts to finish what they said they would
Avoid Radiansys, they will create a whole host of problems for your project, we faced delays from poorly written FE and BE code, they consistently lie on their capabilities unable to solve basic issues with React and falsely advertise their ability to advise on any infrastructure/devops issues. They waited till we were close to launch to try to charge a large number of hours to fix small issues and we had to find another agency to support us who have been much better.
