Mr Albrecht was back at our HOA this month to refinish half our doors and do the annual oil application to the first half that were completely refinished last year. When refinishing, Jeff sands the doors down to bare wood, careful to get the corners and all the ledges around the windows. Then he conditions the wood and applies two oil finish coats.
