Dr Henry was a great help when I was newly postpartum with my second born and feeling unsure about how to begin exercising again. She helped me balance the demands of newborn life with realistic steps towards movement and greater wellness.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mbong for about a year now, since I was around 3 months postpartum. In that time my core and pelvic floor have gotten stronger, but I’ve also grown more confident and educated as a mom and athlete. Can’t recommend her enough to any expecting or postpartum moms!

I have received impeccable care from Dr. Henry. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been so helpful both in postpartum recovery and pregnancy.

And she gave me exercises I could do in bed post-surgery that would keep up ... read more
