I would not say “self care” comes easily to me, especially when it involves making an appointment and spending money. HOWEVER…going to acupuncture with Thalia is *the* easiest decision to make. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere while getting some concerns addressed this is the place for you! Thalia is thorough in collecting a baseline for your first appointment so she can get to the root cause of your problems. I highly recommend acussage which is the method of combining massage and acupuncture. I had my first treatment today and it was wonderful! I felt so relaxed and was given some homework on how to address things further. All in all 10/10 recommend this place!
