Fantastic bicycle, great price and couldn't do enough post sales customer service. I wouldn't definitely buy again.
Before I started reading positive online reviews I'd never heard of Radial bikes, and though I liked the sound of them I was slightly worried about buying something without seeing it first. However, as far as my experience is concerned - and I've now owned my bike for over a year - those reviews turned out to be completely justified: this is an astonishing bike for the money - lovely to ride, with quality fittings and an excellent frame, beautifully put together. Absolutely appalling service. Stated mail order 2-4 day delivery, however after 2 days they still hadnt posted and only did so because i prompted them to. An oversight they said...it happens i suppose, and hopefully would get within the 4 days anyway so no great problem. However after 4 days nothing and the tracking number is not recognised.
