An absolute nightmare for 7 plus months. Never returned calls. Lost the plats to property only to have them in their possession while both Steve and Amanda claimed they had delivered to the courthouse that proved to be false. Distributed incorrect amounts in checks to us sellers . Buyer is still waiting for title 3 weeks later and has heard nothing . These are just the highlights. Steve has helped me with the estate of my husband. We have dealt with it for 3 1/2 years. He is so patient and understanding of your situation. He listens to what you want done and how you want it done. He kept me out of court until the other party forced it. His rates are very reasonable. He cares more about the person involved than making an extra dollar for himself. Also, he is always available to either speak with or meet with.
