Best massage ever! Rachel is super knowledgeable and has a really nurturing way. She knows what the body needs, I get so much tension relief in my muscles without having to go super deep. Even though I don’t fully understand them, the cranial treatments she does are next level healing! Do yourself a favour and go for 90mins
It is quite difficult to summarise the amazing work that Rachel has done to support my system, body & mind.. her holistic approach towards healing created a safe environment for me to start looking inwards and reconnect to my system. Also her deep knowledge in her field reflects in the way she holds space & supports her clients. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone that feels called to dive deeper into connecting to your system. Thank you Rachel for holding that space for me.
I had my first treatment with Rachel about 13 years ago, and had another again last week, she mentioned a bunch of the differing modalities she has studied since, and it is clear to see that her skills have evolved immensely as a therapist throughout the time between our treatments. Being a massage therapist myself I’m rather picky about who I return to for treatments, I’ll happily come back for another treatment from Rachel again soon. I felt so good after receiving cranial sacral massage!
