Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Their phone tree just goes on and on, then nobody bothers to answer. So frustrating

SB Rad Power is amazing! They were extremely helpful when our e-bike battery needed replacing- they immediately took care of us. Cheers to the helpful staff, specifically the nice woman at the front desk who made the process easy and efficient.
I stopped by early Sunday morning hoping for some direction on how to make some adjustments to the brakes I just replaced. I saw a man testing a bike and approached him. He was very friendly and willing to inspect what i did and told me how to do it better next time. He even went as far as doing the adjustments for me on the spot at no charge. I was able to get back on the road quickly. Zack provided excellent service and then I found out he's the head mechanic. I see why. Excellent skills with tools and people. Thanks Zack!
