I have a Rad 6+ that is currently broken. The Rad Power service station in Texas is not receiving any updates from the factory regarding troubleshooting procedures. I stopped at the Rad Power dealer I bought the bike from in 2023. They offered little in the way of troubleshooting advice, did not offer to talk to the shop in Texas and would not sell me a controller harness and module. Very unhelpful. I just bought a Rad Runner plus and drove up to the store to check it out and see if they had a front basket. I had some questions about mounting the premium headlight. We met Noah and the staff they were awesome. Noah was really helpful and went out of his way to help me select what I needed and install it properly. Very disappointed from start to finish. I love the bike but would never recommend buying a bike from this location. The manager Noah wasted too much of my time and was too busy to help sort out bike problems for my son. No return calls, miss information, and felt like he was a police officer, when all I wanted to do was fix a bike at what ever cost was needed. Guess they have to much business to help a local
