Very disappointed from start to finish. I love the bike but would never recommend buying a bike from this location. The manager Noah wasted too much of my time and was too busy to help sort out bike problems for my son. No return calls, miss information, and felt like he was a police officer, when all I wanted to do was fix a bike at what ever cost was needed. Guess they have to much business to help a local
I have a Rad 6+ that is currently broken. The Rad Power service station in Texas is not receiving any updates from the factory regarding troubleshooting procedures. I stopped at the Rad Power dealer I bought the bike from in 2023. They offered little in the way of troubleshooting advice, did not offer to talk to the shop in Texas and would not sell me a controller harness and module. Very unhelpful. Best ebike shop in town! Their customer service is unmatched. Got to use their radrunner max to ride around town and it was such an easy bike to maneuver. As a cyclist, I was hesitant on riding an ebike but the staff here won me over! 10/10 and absolutely getting something here again.
