Great service and set up for the 2 bikes that we got. Highly recommend!!
We bring our son’s bike here for service when needed and they are always courteous, professional, and polite. They take their time explaining what needs to be fixed and I always feel they are honest and try to give you the best solution for your time and budget needs. We will continue to trust our son’s bike to RAD!
Rad bikes are built with proprietary parts manufactured by Rad, but they do not keep the parts in stock for repairs. I cannot go to another shop for repairs because they don’t have the Rad parts. My brand new 2025 bike failed due to faulty electronic components soon after purchase and I have been waiting months for the bike to be repaired. I have been calling the shop often asking for an update and each time they tell me parts are on the way, but today I am still waiting for a repair. Until then the bike is useless.
