My husband and I absolutely LOVE our e-bikes. We could not be happier. These bikes are extremely well-made. Great customer service, looked for parts that were asked for and friendly service
While the in store service was fantastic, my brand new Radster Trail had severe motor issues in less than 20mi of basic commuter use. I took the bike in to a Rad Power certified repair shop two weeks ahead of the repair appointment in order to give plenty of lead time for the needed replacement parts to arrive and the parts were a no show. So I followed up with support directly to make them aware of the issue.
