The shop is stylish and airy, and while I was there I heard that people travel from far and wide to do test rides here. I’ve been riding my Rad Mission (now discontinued) fairly hard for 3 years and all it has needed is new brake pads (installed yesterday, a day ahead of schedule). Adding a basket allowed me to replace the car on more shopping trips. Now I have my eye on a dog carrier, a comfort saddle—and about half a dozen new bikes.
The bikes are awesome and the deals were great. I wasnt overly impressed by the employees. When checking out and picking accessories, the employee was super irritated that I was asking questions and not just taking her first suggestion. And when we bought the bikes, they watched me struggle to get them out of the door without helping. Overall though, I do recommend Rad for the quality of bike and great deals they offer.
The bikes are great. But the employees not so much. They have an attitude of just wanting to go home. Bad advice on accessories to buy, no one even helped open a door when we brought the bikes outside as I watched an employee stare at me while I struggled. The employees act like they have it really bad here. Again good bikes but very rude employees.
Outstanding customer service. I originally purchased our bike online. After some in-stock retail issues, Kim called me immediately to swap out what we needed, and she informed me about the CO tax credit for residents. Thanks, Kim!
