Mariahs customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Not only was she very patient while answering all of our questions and concerns, she did not make us feel stupid as we are new cyclists. Only buy a bike from RAD if you’re very well off and wealthy. I’m $3,000 into my Radrunner at this point I’ve only had it for about 8 months. They sell the tube protection separately- I’d say that’s completely foul considering the goat-head thorns in this state are unavoidable. There are no videos online on how to work on this bike yourself if you get a flat tire, which WILL happen despite their tires being advertised as puncture resistant. Came in on a busy Saturday and the employees were nice and helpful. We test drove 3 bikes and had fun getting a feel for them. These bikes are expensive compared to the competitors so be aware of that before purchasing.
I bought a Rad Rover about a year ago and I've had nothing but problems with this POS! First the hydraulic brakes were a nightmare so I finally replaced this system with a manual braking system, then the electrical issues started. I've had electrical issue after electrical issue. The latest is the display just flashes "30" and the bike won't run. I looked up this issue and the Rad website just says, "This error indicates a connection error somewhere on the bike".
