These guys really know e-bikes. They helped me learn many important aspects of an e-bike and the experience of owning one. Also, their bikes are fantastic and way cooler technologically than I knew before going in. Five stars!
Forest and Jake are the best! They al ways treat me with great expertise and personal kindness.
I tried to charge my rad powe bike batteries and they wouldn't charge. Checking and replacing the fuses is terrible and a very poor design. I wouldn't recommend the Rad Roadrunner bike or any ebike that uses these batteries. The fuse housing came loose inside and now I can't do anything.
Forest helped us out and was awesome! We brought a bike in for a tune-up, and they had it back to us in less than 24 hours. Very professional and overall easy to work with. Thanks, Forest and everyone else who helped out.
