Great service by Cameron replacing my kickstand springs
Such great experiences with Rad and their service team. Recently had assistance from Cameron with my bike and was super impressed by how the team can make a repair I struggled with look effortless. Love my Rad Runner, might be best purchase ever
Brought in my e-bike and got great and informative feedback. I had some “battery issues” Cameron was able to help me out and resolve the issue. Overall, great service and good resources.
Camron was a great tech, explained the fix and even helped me load my bike into the car!!!
The staff are super nice! They are so helpful and kind. We have had a Radbike since 2021 and love it. We came in looking to upgrade to a cargo bike. Thank you so much, Cameron!
