Showed up for the Serial 1 product demo. Showroom experience was one of the very best even when considering the same in motorcycle stores too. Food, drink and the goodwill were excellent along with the employees having the same in their attitudes. Serial 1 Bicycle was not perfect but I think that if you were to disable it's speed sensor and ad in gearing it would be. Nice people, nice showroom. The parts I need are not longer available, so the bike is unfixable.
I had broken a piece of plastic from over tightening it. I talked with Cameron and fixed it with a zip tie on the spot. He's the best.
TL;DR Cameron is superb with the service and generous with his time. Bike is riding better than ever! Came in looking for cargo accessories after purchasing a second-hand Radrunner. Cameron helped me find the ideal solutions and expertly installed them, which was appreciated as my toddler riding companion was overcome with a need to inspect every helmet with in arms reach. Nice bike, but poor service. My daughter’s bike needed a simple adjustment to the derailer, but they couldn’t help for several weeks. I was simply asking them to adjust a stretched cable-maybe a 3 minute fix, but they only have one service person, so no help available for sometime. Disappointing. Buy your bike where they can do simple fixes like this so you can keep riding!
