Prompt and informative car hire process. Pauline was very helpful and was at the Hokitika airport to meet us. The car was a lovely Yaris and was easy to drive and reliable. Online check in was simple to do. Value for money car hire and would hire another car from RAD in the future. Great service.

Easy booking process, very flexible when we had to change booking dates, car provided was great value, friendly staff providing a quick and friendly service. Transparent pricing. Pickup and dropoff was very easy. Highly recommended - especially when compared to the high prices of the major chains.
Website is very misleading. "Available" doesn't mean available to rent. Other companies have the decency to say "Sold out". I wouldn't bother with them if I was you. It was a waste of my time.
