We are on Gold coast during school holiday season. Nice staff and quality rental cars.
I would give a zero star if i could. Extremely unprofessional. If it feels like a scam, chances are it is! If you are looking at getting a rental car over in the Gold Coast stay clear from RaD Car Hire!
We’ve used rad car hire in Wellington NZ and had such a great experience so thought we would give it a go abroad. Again we received incredible service. We hired a car to drive around the Gold Coast, which we collected straight from the airport. The whole process was really easy, the car was tidy and so good on petrol.(Love those Aussie petrol prices compared to NZ)! The Mitsubishi outlander fit all our 5 suitcases and our 3 tall teens. Plus myself and hubby, there was plenty of room. Thanks guys.
We had hired from 3 different rentals over our 18 day stay in Gold Coast. They were by far the most easiest service to deal with and we had a few changes throughout our rental period and they were so accommodating, also the vehicles were very clean and comfortable. Definitely come back to rent next time we in Gold Coast. Amazing!!!
