Mr. Jon M Wagner is an amazing lawyer, who fights for his firms employees and goes above for his clients
Runaway from this lawyer, they took money and stop responding, my case was filed in 2023, never got any progress after I found out the case was already dismissed by the judge, and the attorney did not even inform me about that! I am beyond frustrating with this office, I will file a formal complaint with the state bar.
Do not hire these lawyers. You will never hear from them. They bill you and then quit responding. We hired them to obtain legal guardianship of our intellectually disabled son with severe autism. Now we don’t know what to do. Our son has been served his paperwork, but we can’t get in contact with our lawyer. It is completely ridiculous, and frustrating is an understatement. We are furious.
I have left multiple voice messages with the office and emails for Jon to please refund the unused portion of my retainer as my services ended with them over a month ago. I never get a response or call-back, and now the office won’t even answer my calls.
I would recommend to provide Lauren a better training on how to speak with customer who are calling and looking for legal advise. Unprofessional and low educated approach
