Very disappointed with their services. We purchased one specific raquet and we got a complete different one. When we contact them they refused to exchange it or give us a refund because we agreed to their terms of "Items may not be exactly as pictured" which we understood that might be a bit different from the picture but what we got is a different model, different colors, etc. Please, do not other from them because you wont know what you will get!
I recently ordered a tennis racquet from your website because it was a model that is very difficult to find. Unfortunately, the racquet I received is a different model from the one shown in the product photos on your website. ( Picture attached ) The model that was shipped to me is currently available at Sport Chek for approximately $15 Dlls. I've purchased from this store in the past when they had a storefront and any experience in person was great. However, I have had routinely terrible experience with the online store which seems to be run by someone else. Making appointments or inquiries online felt like an interrogation and communications were often rude, short, unapologetic, and unhelpful. POSSIBLE SCAM ALLERT!!!!! Do not order online. They do not have any order update. Its been 3 months almost and the order is still in processing. They do not accept phone calls. They do not respond to emails. Better give your money to charity than to this business.
