I've purchased from this store in the past when they had a storefront and any experience in person was great. However, I have had routinely terrible experience with the online store which seems to be run by someone else. Making appointments or inquiries online felt like an interrogation and communications were often rude, short, unapologetic, and unhelpful. POSSIBLE SCAM ALLERT!!!!! Do not order online. They do not have any order update. Its been 3 months almost and the order is still in processing. They do not accept phone calls. They do not respond to emails. Better give your money to charity than to this business.

Drove 30min to get to his shop only to find out he decided to leave home early. Update your hours online if you are going to be closed. Wasted my time and no answer or voicemail box when calling.
