The owner passed away and the building is going to be torn down
This guy is a borderline crook. We had a decent experience the first round and then decided to purchase more racks along with misc warehouse inventory. The second experience was fraudulent. Mark of Rackwurx delivered disgusting rusted racks which was nowhere near the same quality as before. Mark charges an exorbitant fee for deliveries of close to $500 and does nothing to help unload the items. He uses the excuse of, "my back hurts."
