Terrible communication to the point of neglect. They are glad to talk to you, but be ware, once they get your retainer ($750) which by the way is being charge to you even before you sign the retainer, then they forget you. I paid the retainer on 7/10/18, left a email message for TJ Budge on 7/24/18, 8/4/18, and 8/9/18. I also called the office and left a voice message (he would not take my call)..... not one response.
