Rachael is sweet and has very relaxing technique. I was truly glowing when she finished, which is great for a 70 year old. She explained everything she was going to do before she started. The products she used had a fresh subtle smell-not overwhelming. The facial was a perfect gift from my daughter. I booked another facial at the end of the session!
