Rachel was very professional while also being very empathetic in helping my family with a terrible situation she was always concise with her answers and her explanations of what things we're going to happen. You know life is messy and to expect people to be perfect at every corner is ridiculous but I will say this you will never find a more qualified, caring & motivated individual as Rachelle I cannot recommend her enough.

I hired Ms. Howell to assist me with a Custody/Child Support Battle with my Child Father. Ms. Howell was awesome. She made me feel very comfortable with her as my lawyer. Quick to respond to any of my needs, and always arrived at court as needed. Ms. Howell is very smart, intelligent and a hard worker. I would recommend her to anyone with family issues, she will get the job done!

I recently encountered an issue and didn’t feel confident handling alone. I was very hesitant to request assistance from an attorney . I have only one other experience with an attorney and he basically took me for $2000. This was not the case with Rachelle. Didn't show up for court. Didn't answer when the Judge tried calling her. Seems she took our money and ran.

Rachael Howell took $1500 from me as a retainer fee I have yet to hear back from her and it has been four months I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Kentucky Bar Association about her unprofessional behavior do not use this woman she is crooked you have been warned

She took me and my friend for 4,500 , we ask her for 5 months to help him get a protection order , from his wife during his divorce , she didn't help us and his wife shot him. Almost killing him .She didn't even go to the hospital to see him , If she would have did her job , he made not have been shot , So now he not only have to deal with the divorce , now a criminal case , she ask for more money to protect his right ! Pathetic attorney. Took 1000.00 from my husband and hasn't returned a phone call since November. Missed 2 court dates. One was today. We were approached by another attorney from her building only 2 be told she has been evicted from their office, and we would have to be apart of a civil suit against her. Apparently multiple people have been scammed by her recently. Now we are out money and have 2 find another attorney by March 4!!!!! She should be ashamed of herself

Use her at your own risk. Missed 2 appointments. Tried to blame me when I wrote down the appointment time while on the phone with her. Results are about as bad as you can expect if you go to court without any lawyer. Getting in contact with her after paying is very hard. Try praying instead. She even has a bad reputation for doing this among her fellow lawyers. Her office assistant even told me she does this to her clients. I don't know how she keeps her law license. Rachelle was very swift, sweet, to the point, and took care of business for me right away, and was also very caring, compassionate, and concerned in ensuring the outcome worked in my favor, and it did. She is an extremely successful woman, and should I need a lawyer again, I would see her and only her. Definitely recommended from my experience in my case that she handled and took care of.
