Rachel was the loan officer on our new home loan. She was very detailed and always willing to talk and spend the extra time to be sure we understood the entire process. She sent encouraging texts when we hit a wall with our sellers, which is something we did not expect but was very pleased with. She was available after hours when needed and her team was always very helpful.. If we decide to purchase another home or refinance, Rachel will be one of our first calls! 10/10 recommend!!
