She has challenged me to be more considerate of myself and to acknowledge the weight of the things I'm going though, and not just let everyone else's expectations make me feel unworthy. We used Rachel a long time ago. I left every session feeling unheard and like I was the problem. She felt biased against me. It’s taken some years to finally get to the root of my marriage issues because she along with my husband convinced me I just wasn’t asking for my needs to be met.
