My issue is not quite with Mendelsohn herself but rather with her receptionist, and therefore I have refrained from giving 1 star. I have never met a more condescending, unprofessional, nasty and downright rude individual in my life. A receptionist is often the front lines to the office. She should act like it. I cannot for the life of me understand how the therapist is not seeing the deplorable behavior of her receptionist or simply just turning a blind eye. Horrible!!! Stay away as far as you can!!!! 24 hrs later the straps from the splint she made TOTALLY separated and fell off. And when I asked to come for a replacement just like she said I should have, the receptionist was very rude and unaccomodating and hung up on me!!! And that too sweet and nicely smiling doctor that we saw the day before turned to be also very rude and defending their cheaply made product.
