Had my monthly massage today with Rachel. I always walk away feeling incredibly relaxed, both physically and mentally! Her touch is so in tune with my body and she knows what it needs each time I visit her. If you are looking for a new massage therapist I highly recommend her!!
I took a chance on myself and had a Life Activation with Rachel. I went in with an open mind and trusted I would learn what I needed to. I found Rachel during a time when I was having a lot of problems with my rotator cuff. I had debilitating pain in my shoulder and she helped me with pain relief.
