I just finished my coaching package with Rachel Goodman RD. Rachel is a frum woman from Crown Heights who is a registered dietician nutritionist who studied under the authors of the Intuitive Eating book. She's awesome and I can't recommend her more highly. Even a dietitian needs a dietitian! Rachel is so paitent, understanding and non judgemental. As a fellow dietitian she has helped me tremendously with my own practice and my own personal journey with food as well. Highly recommend!
