Rachel is excellent with helping to resolve chronic injuries. I had a significant neck injury that no one else was able to resolve and working with Rachel helped me better understand what was wrong and how to properly maintain it to have a more normal life.

I am a Physio from Melbourne Australia, and I had heard through contacts that Rachel was an amazing therapist so I booked a few sessions when I was in NY. She did not disappoint! We worked on my ankle that I wanted a second opinion on, and I can honestly say that after an hours treatment my foot/lower limb was moving better than it has in years. Three weeks later and it feels like 80% of the work has stuck. I really truly wish I had more time in the States to work with Rachel. Highly recommend!
