Rachel, Tim, and the rest of the "dream team" were incredibly patient and responsive, answering all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. They did an excellent job explaining and breaking down the terms and steps I needed to understand in order to close. The entire team is outstanding—dedicated, hardworking, and truly committed to making sure you're well-informed and taken care of throughout the entire process. Rachel and her team are amazing. If you are looking for a mortgage there is no need to look any further. She helped us close on our first home in 2018 and refinance in 2021. Both experiences were easy and the process was flawless. We are currently working on a more complex loan with Rachel.
