So I did an intake appointment with Rachel Dack several years ago, and it has stayed with me enough that I felt the need to come back and leave a review. If you have a lot of trauma in your background, I would avoid her for both relationship coaching and counseling. After providing my personal history, in which I did shed some tears and show some sadness, she seemed overwhelmed and did not handle the discussion on recommending further counseling vs. relationship coaching confidently. Rachel is a superior collaborator. I look to her specifically when I need consultation on highly complex cases. Her discerningadvice and thoughtful listening ear have been of great support to me on multiple occasions. So glad to have her out there.
