I was in Ingham visiting family and while there I took the opportunity to have my eyes tested and obtain some new glasses. The optometrist who did my eye test was really excellent! She took the time to understand the particular activities that I need glasses for and the end result is that the glasses she prescribed are perfect! I would totally recommend Rachel Cauchi Optometrists to anyone in the area, be they residents or just passing through!
In Ingham for holiday from Melbourne when my glasses broke. Came in to see if they could help. My frames were pretty well broken so they instead searched their shelves to find a similar shape to move my lenses in to! I appreciate your team for taking the time to help me find a good fit!
I should've stayed with Spec Savers.
We have been looking around Townsville and surrounds having travelled up from Victoria. We came into this store around 3.30pm 18/7/22 as i needed a pair of sunnies. The female assistant who helped was absolutely fantastic. I don't think you could meet a nicer or more helpful person. Best customer service I've received anywhere and a pleasant lasting impression of Ingham. Thankyou!
