BEWARE OF SCAM!!! A consumer complaint has been filed with the Attorney General's Office and BBB. Scam has been reported to AARP. This spa preys especially on the elderly, tricks them into spending thousands of dollars in products using high pressure sales tactics and distracting them with multiple sales people. DO NOT GO HERE! They have over 10k in unauthorized charges to my card. STAY AWAY!
Horrible high pressure sales tactics. They put this goop under my eyes and it was a crusty mess, not bothering to ask me if I was going somewhere after.
Customer service is bad. Was called out two separate times, by two different employees. First one insulted me as a way to offer a product. Second one called me rude for ignoring them. No impressed and will not be setting foot inside.
Just does not have good communication skills between each person that works there. I made messages for other people and they never called me back like they said and I told the main guy there to leave a message for the owner and he never gave it to him twice
