Im unsure about other case types, but do not hire for divorce cases! This office would not update me on my case progress and charged me over $100 every time I called/emailed asking for an update. They are not great at filing petitions as I was charged for 2 that never completed filing. Plus, this office managed to misfile their own petition to be dismissed from my case.
There are a couple of negative reviews on here about Rachael. These reviews came from two individuals who have NEVER used her services. WE dismissed a case against those parties knowing we would proceed in a different manner so nobody WON against her pro se. There was no case so there was nothing to win. She's an attorney not a secretary. Rachael DID represent me against these two today and we won! This attorney is a rising star. She consistently takes care of her clients. She contributes to the community in so many ways including pro bono work on behalf of clients that don't have the resources to pay legal fees. She understands she cannot help all, but she does work with clients on payments. Rachael stives to provide equal rights for parent.
