Im unsure about other case types, but do not hire for divorce cases! This office would not update me on my case progress and charged me over $100 every time I called/emailed asking for an update. They are not great at filing petitions as I was charged for 2 that never completed filing. Plus, this office managed to misfile their own petition to be dismissed from my case.
There are a couple of negative reviews on here about Rachael. These reviews came from two individuals who have NEVER used her services. WE dismissed a case against those parties knowing we would proceed in a different manner so nobody WON against her pro se. There was no case so there was nothing to win. She's an attorney not a secretary. Rachael DID represent me against these two today and we won!
