Very disappointing experience with this business that don’t keep their word I ordered a skincare product which happened to be out of stock, no confirmation came through via email and after two weeks I was questioning what happened to my order no one answers the phone ever!! eventually I did get a response over email finally!! after sending numerous emails to then tell me sorry for the inconvenience but you will get your refund in 5 days after telling me we don’t have that stock but still happy to take my money this happened ... read more

I had a deluxe hydrafacial treatment with Monica and she was amazing! Very thorough and knew her stuff. The massage during the LED was was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend !!
I had such an amazing experience at this clinic. From start to finish it was amazing. I had Rosa as my therapist. she was very kind and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I have had the most positive experience with all of the ladies at Rachael Louise MediSpa! Jen is such an expert in skin and everything related, provides the best service and I always leave feeling better than I came in! In the lead up to my wedding I had multiple bespoke facials, light therapy and q switch laser, which allowed me to have the most flawless base for my makeup and an easy honeymoon when it came to relaxing on the beach without makeup on!
