Me and my husband work two jobs and he was tired so I didn’t want him to drive and cause a accident so I looked up rest stops in the area race track came up as the first place to go we didn’t have a problem yesterday but today three cars were in the lot sleeping in their cars the lady only walked to our car and another black couple car telling us it’s not a rest stop she was very rude I wasn’t just sitting there I was eating doing my work online she said it’s not a rest stop go to McDonald yet she passed by the white couple ... read more
I decided to stop here before church. I have never been to a RaceTrac before Other than Churchill Downs and we all know that’s not a gas station.. Well, one time of year definitely a gas station all the money they take in… At any rate, I was super impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and the kindness and courteousness of the staff. Just wants Truckers $$ No truck parking. Last time I was there they had 2 Semi Tow Trucks on the lot ready to Tow Semis that parked on their lot. Good Place to use the bathroom.
Staff is friendly enough but I've showed up at 9am on a couple of Saturdays and there is zero hot food to buy. It didn't even appear they had made any, the counter was clean.
Hire a plow truck the lot is very slippery someone is going to fall get hurt.
