Restroom need attention badly. And the self checks had bags on the floor and counter. And the cashier was just standing there playing on her phone

I’m an amputee. Had to get out to use the restroom. Second time We’ve come here that the handicap stall has a sign that says it’s out of order. I’m wheelchair bound. The wheelchair wouldn’t fit in any other stall. I almost Fell trying to get to the toilet. This is descriminatory and should be addressed immediately.
