Went in with a broken spoke. £20, new spoke, new rim tape, wheel trued, tensioned, and stress tested. Fast and efficient. Finally bike mechanics that can fix bikes (I'm looking at you Trek Fox Valley). Word of warning, if your into high end gorgeous Italian road bikes, you might never leave the shop.
