Hopefully, you guys will take this as constructive criticism, as I know a lot of members of your bank feel the same way I do. First and foremost, your cards are low quality. They wear out after a couple of months, and it takes several weeks to get a new one. In which time you can’t use the card because y’all haven’t set it up to be compatible with Apple Pay or Google Pay. When I asked the president about this, he said it was a “cost issue”. This is the only locally-owned bank in Rabun County. I could not possibly say enough to convey how amazing this bank is. They take excellent care of their customers and it's truly a "hometown bank". Their services, customer service and professionals are equal to or surpass those of bigger banks. This is my bank.
