New bank manager and new staff act like preschoolers in a playpen. You really need to hire qualified management staff. I love this bank but in the past year it's gone down hill.
Poor customer service and management..Wasted 6 days of my time.
This bank is just like Wells Fargo when they got caught manipulating deposits and withdrawals so as to collect NSF fees.
