Worst bank ever no help at all
A very negative customer service experience here! I called this afternoon to ask them what was needed to set up checking accounts for my children. The person I talked with said she had to ask her manager and she would call me back. About 20 minutes later she called me back and said I needed 2 forms of ID per kid and explained what counted as ID. I explained to her that I lived over 30 minutes away and wanted to be sure that I had everything, and she assured me that was all I needed. When I got there I was told by the branch ... read more
