This bank treated my son in-law terrible, His mother just died , the manager was so rude and cruel , you have no right , I will never do business with your bank ever again , you get paid to do your job , I can't believe people like you are costumer service , worst bank don't let this happen to you .
I love how friendly and helpful the Capitola branch workers are! Whenever I come in I feel like I’m family! They go above and beyond the expectation of customer service! They always do extra like giving doggie treats to all of the fur babies, or stocking up candy and coffee products! They anticipate what the customer needs are!
