As a disclaimer, I went here many years ago so I do not know how it is now. However, when I went, they helped me get my first secured credit card. The rep. was kind, patient, and friendly. I have recommended them since then to at least one person (possibly others that I don't remember) and have also heard positive things from that person.
No wonder there are only a few branches left. If you are in the habit of accepting limited service, limited locations, limited hours , less-qualified staff, then by all means, give them your business.
