I love this bank.The tellers are always accommodating and helpful.. If you ask questions and if they don't have the answer, they'll get back to you.Right away. I've been a happy customer 18 years since it was a Rabo.
Hate this branch SO much. I have a problem every single time I have to go in there. The women in there have made me frustrated to tears and now they avoid me like the plague and won’t help me when I go to the branch. I’d steer clear of this branch.
Not very helpful at all or knowledgeable. Seemed to be bothering the staff by asking simple questions
I stopped at this bank and it is not the first time that they do not want to help me in changing my checks.The first time they asked me for an ID that because the person who answered me was not in the system was looking for some pretest not to change my check, today Something different happens day, the person who attended me today told me that she could not change my check because the system did not allow it to her.
