Working at McDonald's wasn't so bad until it was time to cash my checks, I mentioned McDonald's because unfortunately this is the bank they're with. This bank charges $6 to cash each check. No thank you....
Moved away and am trying to close my account since they don't have any branches in my new state. I called, that said they'd close my account. I've been checking my app for it to go thru. Just got an account update email, thought for sure it was letting me know the account was closed. NOPE! I'm overdrawn. I asked them to do ONE THING. Never again.
Great Bank - wonderful staff - very helpful. We have a new business account with them and they don't allow online banking. We may have to change banks. Online banking is a deal breaker for us.
Used to be open on Saturdays but not since name changed which is very inconvenient for people who get paid on fridays like myself. Online hours and location hours are always different. No automated operator when you call just rings. Only good thing about them are some of the people at my location are very helpful, THAT IS IT.
I cannot get on to mobile banking and there is no one to help me.
