STAY AWAY from this branch. In the past few months they have had a huge turn over and no manager. Every day I seem to get different reasons why something has gone wrong, yet when I have followed up with their 800 number I get a different story. I will be changing banks as soon as all my outstanding payments come through. I've been understanding for month, MONTHS. No more.
I miss Rabobank. The only thing good is the staff.Now when I have an amount taken from my checking to automatically be put in savings each month (for free checking purpose), it takes upwards of 4 days. This started 5 months ago, not in the beginning of the year when the bank was switched. I have been given several flimsy excuses, but none make sense and they all are different. Love this bank love this location it looks great and very modern it's all that and a bag of chips literally they give out little bags of chips and candy and employees go above and beyond to help .. the customer service is impressive...
