Great service very accommodating
Nice people work there but not great with customer care on a corporate level. Two examples business banking by phone is not seamless, no drive through.
They are so outdated, it’s ridiculous .... and I’m not talking about the decor, their system is outdated .... they’re online banking is useless .... I don’t understand how people still bank with them .... and they won’t cash a check with a state issued ID, if they’ve never seen you in the branch before
