Professional, courteous, well structured business
I went there to cash one of their checks, I waited 45 minutes with them holding the check before they told me they couldn't cash it. The check was issued by their bank, how can they do that?
They continue to let fraudulent activity happen to my grandmother. Macy — were you not on shift? How come you didn’t call the police when Mario went to take my grandmothers money? Anyway. They will be hearing from my lawyers.
BEWARE of the RACISM at this bank. Karyn Johnson racially profiled my friend who is black. She was rude, disrespectful, and racist towards. She came in with a friend who is an older white lady, and Karyn did not want to help them because my friend is black. This bank condoned her behavior.
