Shannon Lopez is very rude to customers and she states she is branch manager. She has no customer service skills and the bank should do better. Save yourself and go to main st location they know customer service
This location is always slow, had to come since it’s closer to my job. I was waiting in line for almost 10 min, only one bank teller to help. Other lady was just on the computer while there is a whole line!
