The tellers are always very friendly and helpful
One star only because I had to in order to review. The tellers at this branch are wonderful However, since the change to Mechanics Bank, on-line and Customer Service phone numbers are a joke. (1) we have yet to receive new Debit Cards, so when calling customer service, the automated system will not take the card number. So after two try's I am swiched to a customer service representative, HOWEVER, the phone rings endlessly and then drops off. I tried this two days in a row. Love this bank. The tellers are always so helpful and they know me by name. And there is never long lines. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
