While I usually am opposed to large, corporate banks, my company uses Mechanics for business. The girls who work in the Visalia branch are AMAZING! They are extremely helpful, take all my calls, and answer any stupid questions I have with much patience. They make doing business a lot more pleasant.
My father banked with them in Richmond, California and I lived in Visalia, California. He became ill and myself and brothers took care of him. However, he put me on his account and I was able to handle his business for him even tho I lived here in Visalia. I am truly grateful for both branches and the job they did to help us until his passing. Thank you to the "Mechanics Bank " Managers and Tellers.
Worst experience ever , they gave me a fake 100$ bill and they didn’t want to admit it came from them and they still wanted me to open an account with them , not ever again I will change my checks here!
