This people denied me a bus pass for Not Reason, I'm a 68 years old Senior Citizen Born in New York and Grew up in Puerto Rico, I was TOTALLY DISCRIMINATE, DISRESPECT AND HUMILIATED THEY AREN'T PROFESSIONAL AND LOCKED ON KNOWLEDGE.
Need a way to cancel appointments by text, and better scheduling. I've tried to cancel trips and couldn't because phone rang busy forever. And leaving people wait for 3 hours isn't cool. Otherwise it's great.
I'm a college student and I have to commute to school every day, but I sometimes I have to leave early with my dad on his way to work because rabbit transit is either running late (as usual) or they get the pickup time wrong and can't change it. On several occasions, I've been stranded at school for hours until my dad gets off work to pick me up.
