The new phone system is awful. It's no improvement at all. With the old phone system there would be times I would be 20 or more in que and it would take about 15-20 mins. When I called to schedule my trip I was number 34 and waited on hold for 40 mins. One time I chose the option for a "callback" and no one called me.

They do not follow speed limits or driving rules. The amount of times I'm seen a driver speed and not stop and wait for traffic is ridiculous. No way I'd trust them to take me or my family or friends anywhere

For the most part, I like Rabbit Transit, but there is room for improvement in your customer service.

The big dude from mount carmel with the beard i have to idea how he is still able to work for them he is abusive to the point i was afraid to get in the vechicle with him all the other drivers are professional but him be careful he hit me in the head with someones walker didnt even apologize said to find another way if i didnt like it he is scary for real said i had to get in the vechicle with him defenitly a liability i guess they need drivers that bad another time he said he would leave me in the middle of nowhere i made a... read more
